Supershot integrations for HR, IT and employer branding teams

Supershot keeps all your team photos in one place. Integrations connect that photo library to the rest of your stack. Slack, HR tools, storage, and websites stay in sync with one source of truth.

We have seen too many companies where every system shows a different photo of the same person. Supershot exists to fix that problem in the background.

Zapier and Supershot Integration

Automation with Zapier

Zapier is the quickest way to connect Supershot to other tools.
With Zapier you can
  • send new headshots to Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox
  • update Slack or Microsoft Teams profile images
  • route photos to HR tools and applicant tracking systems
  • update website team pages in Webflow, WordPress and similar products
Here is a detailed setup guide for Supershot Zapier integration that walks through triggers, actions and common workflows.

Supershot API

Direct connections and API

Some teams prefer to integrate directly.
Supershot offers an API for cases where you want deeper control or a private link to internal systems. For example:
  • sync photos with an internal employee directory
  • attach headshots to badges, passes or intranet tools
  • export a full list of people, roles and photo urls for custom reporting
Your tech team can call the API on a schedule or react to events from Supershot. We keep the surface small and simple so it stays easy to maintain. Our API documentation is available here.

Popular tools you can connect

You can connect Supershot to many tools that your team already uses. Often this uses Zapier in the middle. The result for you is still simple: a single source for all team photos that feeds every target.
Slack
Use Supershot as the source for Slack profile pictures. When someone joins or changes their headshot in Supershot that new photo can show up in Slack after a short delay.
Microsoft Teams
Keep profile images in Teams aligned with Supershot so calls, chats and meetings show up with the correct faces.
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Match the photos in Gmail, calendar and address book to the headshots in Supershot. People see the same face in email, meetings and internal tools.
Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox
Store all approved headshots in a shared folder for marketing and HR. Agencies and hiring managers always see the latest images in one location.
Notion and internal wikis
Show team members on internal pages by linking Supershot photos into Notion databases or wiki pages.
HR and recruiting tools
Through Zapier you can connect Supershot to many HR and recruiting products. Send photos to your HR system, applicant tracking system or people directory so new hires show up correctly from day one.

Free team photo management at the center

Supershot gives you free team headshot management with API access. You can
  • import your team from existing systems
  • invite people to a virtual photo session
  • approve or reject results and keep one current photo per person
  • connect that photo store to other tools through Zapier or the API
Paid usage only starts when you want new AI generated headshots. The core task of keeping people and photos in sync stays available at no cost. This is our main advantage and we intend to keep it that way.

Security and privacy for integrations

We built Supershot with privacy in mind from the start.
  • Photos are stored with encryption at rest and use encrypted connections in transit.
  • Access to the admin area and the API can use strong authentication.
  • You can delete people and photos from your workspace if someone leaves the company.
  • We provide a privacy policy and data processing agreement for legal and compliance teams.

Start connecting Supershot to your tools

Set up your Supershot workspace, import your team and invite them to a virtual photo session. Once you have good headshots in place, connect them to Slack, HR tools, storage and your website. From that moment on you manage headshots in Supershot and your integrations take care of the rest.
