Supershot keeps all your team photos in one place. With Zapier you send those photos to the tools your company already uses. Slack, HR systems, storage, and your website stay up to date without manual work.
We built Supershot because we were tired of hunting for headshots in email threads. Now one virtual photo day feeds every system that needs a face.
Once this is in place you can keep adding new workflows. For example one Zap for Slack, another for photo storage, and a third for your careers page.
Do I need a developer to use Supershot with Zapier
No. If you can create a Zap for any other app you can do it for Supershot. Most teams handle it inside HR, employer branding, or operations.
Which Supershot events can I use as triggers in Zapier
Typical triggers include “Headshot Created”, “Team Photo Selected”, or “Photoshoot Completed”. You can see all triggers and actions here. We keep adding events over time and keep them consistent with how teams work.
Is my data safe when I use Zapier with Supershot
Photos and metadata stay encrypted in transit and at rest. Zapier receives only the fields you choose for each Zap. You control which apps get access and you can turn off any Zap at any time.
Can I choose which photos get sent to other tools
Yes. You can base your Zap on approval status or on specific groups of people. For example, only send approved photos of people in the Sales department to your public team page.
